A recent poll of 1200 Advertising Age subscribers shows that, while the number who maintain a Facebook presence has remained relatively steady, over the past 15 months the number who spend significant funds on Facebook advertising has increased dramatically. Advertising execs largely see Facebook’s desktop and mobile app ads to be of about the same importance. This and other information from the poll shows that Facebook is an important presence in advertising today.
