A recent survey finds that PR spending and budgets is up significantly in the first quarter of 2013. The net increase was up to 3.4% of clients, which is the highest figure recorded in almost a year of tracking. Of that budgeting, internet focus made up 17.4% of the increase. Budgets were predicted to continue to rise through the rest of the year, by almost 14%, which is the best prediction in 2 years.
