Subway’s new $41million campaign aims to provide healthy alternatives to McDonald’s Happy Meals. This three year program, called “Playtime, Powered by Veggies,” is in cooperation with Michelle Obama’s efforts to promote healthy lifestyles. The menu selections will offer vegetables and fruits, with calories limited to 600 or less. An educational item will be included with the meal, instead of a toy.
