Several restaurant brands—such as Subway and KFC—decided to bow out of in game advertising during this year’s Super Bowl. In game commercials are costing upwards of $4 million for 30 seconds of airtime. Instead, many restaurants are opting out in favor of social media campaigns. Many other restaurants listed in this feature suggest they will advertise during the pregame show.
