Three of a company’s broad marketing goals should be to come across as persuasively empathetic to potential customers and their needs (and how those needs can be addressed), to be intelligent and intentional in how it plans, integrates, and executes its specific campaign strategies, and to creatively and intensely create a lasting impact on people’s thinking.
