To market to the current generation, a business should use truthful, but understated claims. Overstated claims like “best in town” or false claims about your business that are easily disproved will drive away customers from the current generation or will result in horrible reviews for your business. If you want to sell to the current generation, make it low key, but buzz-worthy.
