Busy moms on the go are staying connected with smart phones. Advertisers can catch their attention on many different levels, but being able to hit the right target at the right time is important. If most moms have their smart phone with them in the store and not their iPads, designing coupons or ads for those stores does not make sense. Being in the face of the consumer all of the time is not a good idea, it can become annoying, so playing it cool sometimes is a smart plan.
