This is definitely the digital age, spurred on the Generation Y or Millennials, those born after 1980. Those 80 million kids have grown up with everything digital and everything online, meaning they expect everything to be connected. However, their power in the marketplace is so great that they are even influencing the baby boomer and Gen X’ers to think and shop the same way. That means social media, online reviews, and a whole different marketing approach.
