By the year 2017 forecasts show that revenue from advertisements on mobile devices will overtake similar revenues from laptop devices. This charge is expected to be lead by search ads, display ads and the current leader in the market, video ads. Some heavy hitters such as Yahoo and Google are struggling to change with the times, yet other well known conglomerates such as Facebook are beginning to adapt to this new and unexpected trend.
