Six second advertising on Twitter is called the Vine. The computer application is used as part of a marketing strategy by several major companies. Each advertisement runs for six seconds within the platform you’re viewing it in and then repeats to reinforce the visual message. Lowes cleverly shows you how to unscrew a stubborn stripped screw with the use of a rubber band that only took about six seconds; the video is then repeated. Urban Outfitters shows the durability of shoe laces by displaying a puppy chewing to no avail. Other companies that use Twitter Vine include Taco Bell and Bacardi.
